Arrivals at Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG)
Shanghai Pudong International Airport has Terminal 1 (T1) and Terminal 2 (T2). Follow the signs for arrivals and the instructions given by airport staff. Procedures differ for domestic and international flights.
After landing
- Follow the arrivals signs and any instructions for your flight.
- International passengers should proceed through the required immigration and entry checks.
- Collect checked baggage from the carousel shown on the information screens.
- Follow customs instructions and declare items when required by current Chinese rules.
- After exiting to the public area, follow signs for taxis, public transport, airport shuttles or pre-booked transfers.

Agree on a meeting point in advance and confirm the terminal and arrival status with the airline or airport flight information. Terminal access and meeting arrangements may change.
